variables will take longer, because after restoring the files to the temporary location, the

vcbRestore utility will be called to convert the disk files.

Important: Restore of optimized backup without setting the omnirc variable

OB2_VMWARE_VCBOPTIMISED will not result in any error during restore. However, it will not

be possible to register the VM, as the disk files restored are not flat vmdk files.

Limitations

 Restore of optimized VCBimage backup is possible with only ESX server credentials.

 Backup and restore of VMs with more than 15 disks is not supported.
