1. Verify the SAS cable status indicators. For the cables
with an amber LED (error), check if the cables are
properly connected in both sides.

persists, replace the cables.
3. If replacing the cables does not resolve the issue, then
check for new firmware releases. A firmware upgrade
might fix the issue
4. If there is no new firmware available, or upgrading
the firmware is not possible, contact an HP

necessary.
