HP StoreOnce 4500 Backup
There are two FC ports and two 8Gb Short Wave FC SFP+s. Connect an SFP to each FC port, as
shown below (1).

There are two 10GbE ports and two 10Gb SR SFP+s. Connect an SFP to each 10GbE port, as
shown below (1).

Connecting the hardware
1. Use the supplied power cord(s) to connect the HP StoreOnce Backup system to the rack power
supply. This HP-approved cord is appropriate for your specific geographic region.
HP StoreOnce 4500 and 4700 Backup systems have a redundant power supply (this also
applies to the HP StoreOnce 2700, if a second power supply has been purchased and
installed). Make sure that both power cords are connected.
