4. Application Agent does not support Veritas Dynamic Multiple Pathing.
5. Provided as a guest OS of virtual server product Windows Server 2008 Hyper-V which is also
supported. To execute Application Agent (CLI) on the virtual server, configure the virtual server
as the recommended configuration.
6. In the cluster configuration, GPT disks are not supported. Use MBR disks when using this product
to perform a backup.
7. Provided as a guest OS of virtual server product VMware ESX/ESXi Server 4.x and 5.x are also

9. The VSS function does not work on 64-bit operating systems (x64 Edition, IPF Edition).

13. When applying the VSS correction module that includes Hotfix 940349, be sure and apply the
module on all servers using VSS.
14. The architecture of RAID Manager must match that of the OS.
