2. If either of the following conditions is satisfied when installing Device Manager agent, you must
make a required setting in the Device Manager properties file. If you do not make the setting in
the properties file, Replication Manager might not be able to acquire pair information, pool in-
formation, and journal information:
The version of Device Manager agent is a version earlier than 6.4
The version of P9000 RAID Manager is earlier than 01-17-03/05
Specify the following value in the Device Manager agent properties (server.properties)
file:
server.agent.rm.optimization.userHorcmFile=true
