client.addstorage.block.per.storage
This property specifies whether multiple users are prohibited from simultaneously assigning a path to
one LDEV. If this property is set to true, simultaneous path assignment is prohibited. If this property
is set to false, simultaneous path assignment is permitted.
Default: true
client.rmi.port
This property specifies the port number for the Device Manager RMI server. You must specify the same
value as the one specified for the server.rmi.port property of the Device Manager server.

Device Manager SNMP trap log output function properties
The customizedsnmptrap.properties file contains the properties of the SNMP trap log output
function.
• In Windows:
installation-folder-for-the-Device-Manager-server\Server\config\custom-
izedsnmptrap.properties
• In Linux:
installation-directory-for-the-Device-Manager-server/Server/config/
customizedsnmptrap.properties
customizedsnmptrap.customizedSNMPTrapEnable
This property specifies whether to output SNMP traps received by Device Manager to log files. To
output SNMP traps to log files, set this property to true. To not output SNMP traps to log files, set
this property to false.
Default: false
NOTE:
If both this property and the server.dispatcher.daemon.receiveTrap property are set to
true, SNMP traps from storage systems might be output to log files twice for the same event.
customizedsnmptrap.customizelist
This property specifies the format used when outputting SNMP traps received by Device Manager to
log files. For details, see “Setting the data to be output to log files” on page 127.
