HP StorageWorks P9000 Command View Advanced Edition Suite Software 7.1 Administrator Guide (web) (TB581-96050, May 2011)

A configuration definition file in which a virtual command device is specified for the HORCM_CMD
parameter can now be used.
Partitioned storage resources managed by Device Manager can now be managed based on user
permissions.
In addition to the JRE bundled with the Device Manager agent, a user-installed Oracle Sun JDK
(version 6) or Oracle Sun JRE (version 6) can now be used.
The basis on which the Windows Firewall exception settings required on the Device Manager
agent are specified has been changed from program to port.
The Device Manager agent no longer provides support for the following OSs:
Red Hat Enterprise Linux AS 3
Red Hat Enterprise Linux ES 3
Host Data Collector can now be used in the following OSs:
Red Hat Enterprise Linux
SUSE Linux Enterprise Server
