User ID
The user ID is displayed.
Status
The status of the user account is displayed. If the user account is
locked, Locked is displayed. If the user account is not locked,
Active is displayed.
Authentication
One of the following is displayed as the authentication method for
the user account:
Internal: Indicates that the user account is authenticated by
HP StorageWorks P9000 Command View Advanced Edition
Suite software.
Kerberos: Indicates that the user account is authenticated by
a Kerberos server.
LDAP: Indicates that the user account is authenticated by an
LDAP directory server.
RADIUS: Indicates that the user account is authenticated by a
RADIUS server.
This item is displayed only if the exauth.properties file on the
management server is set to allow the user account to be
authenticated by an external authentication server.
Full Name
The full name of the user is displayed.
E-mail
An email address is displayed.
Description
A description of the user is displayed.
Permissions that have been set
The permissions set for the user are displayed for each HP StorageWorks P9000 Command View
Advanced Edition Suite software product. User Management is a permission common to all HP
StorageWorks P9000 Command View Advanced Edition Suite software. The User Management
class has only the Admin permission.
Application User Management and HP StorageWorks P9000 Command View
Advanced Edition Suite software names are displayed.
If the user has the Admin permission for managing all HP
StorageWorks P9000 Command View Advanced Edition Software
product users, a check mark is displayed for Admin permission
under User Management. A user that has the User Management
Admin permission can manage the users registered in all HP
StorageWorks P9000 Command View Advanced Edition Suite
software.
Admin
A check mark is displayed if the user has Admin permission.
A user that has Admin permission can add and delete resources
for each HP StorageWorks P9000 Command View Advanced
Edition Suite software product, and can allocate resources to users
(resource group management).
Modify
A check mark is displayed if the user has Modify permission.
A user that has Modify permission can change the values set for
allocated resources and update the information about resources.
In Replication Manager, this user can change the resource pair
status, set alerts, and update the configuration information.
Execute
A check mark is displayed if the user has Execute permission.
View
A check mark is displayed if the user has View permission.
A user that has View permission can check the information about
allocated resources. In Replication Manager, this user can check
the resource pair status, alerts, and the information update
interval, and other information.
Peer
A check mark is displayed if the user has Peer permission.
