Consider changes to the Common Component security parameters determined by the system
integrator as described in section 3-4 and set up as described in section 4-5 . If changes are
necessary, then change the settings.
5-3 Notifying users
The account administrator must provide the storage administrators with the information necessary
for system operation in a secure and safe way. The following information is necessary information.
Information required for using the system
• Method for using the client terminal for access
• Information (user ID and password) that the storage administrator must enter in the user login
window to initiate access
Note on use
The account administrator must warn the storage administrators to properly manage their
authentication information according to the instructions provided in subsection 1-3-5 .
Storage administrators receiving the notification must manage their authentication information
properly (for example, promptly changing the password) according to the instructions provided in
subsection 1-3-5 .
If authentication information has been forgotten, action must be taken according to the operational
rules defined by the system integrator.
Users must be notified that unnecessary software is not installed on a client terminal.
