Setting permissions for a user
Since an account administrator is being set up in this case, the permission that is assigned is the
User Management permission.
4-7 Setting up external authentication servers
Starting with version 6.0.0-01, all HP StorageWorks P9000 Command View Advanced Edition Suite
software allows you to use an external authentication server (either an LDAP directory server or a
RADIUS server, and from 7.0.1-00, also a Kerberos server) in addition to the existing authentication
method, which involves using the Common Component authentication function. The existing
authentication function method will hereafter be called internal authentication, and the external
authentication server method will be called external authentication.
