Fixes
If you used Replication Manager to create or delete V-VOLs and then Replication Manager
performed Refresh Configuration for a part of the information sources, Refresh Configuration might
have generated the KAVN00115-E or KAVN00506-E (RPM-00831) message.
When attempting to add a copy pair to a compy group in an existing 3DC delta resync
configuration (open system), the delta Continuous Access Journal pair creation task might have
generated the KAVN00469-E (RPM-03327) message.
The task for creating a copy pair in an N:1 configuration, which was created by launching the
Pair Configuration Wizard on Applications view and having the Conceal Secondary Volumes
option selected, might have generated the KAVN00590-E message.
In a configuration where pair management servers were redundant, if you attempted to use the
Pair Configuration Wizard to add a copy pair, replace a primary volume, or replace a secondary
volume, processing might have generated the RPM-04600 or RPM-00034 message.
After using the Pair Configuration Wizard to delete a Continuous Access Synchronous copy group
or delta Continuous Access Journal copy group in an existing 3DC delta resync configuration
(open system), replacing all the secondary volumes in the Continuous Access Journal copy group,
and saving the workflow, the Continuous Access Journal copy group was not shown in Pair
Configuration Wizard topology if you attempted to edit that workflow.
When you executed Refresh My Copy Groups in My Copy Groups, processing might have
generated the RPM-00821 message.
When Daylight Saving Time ended, a change copy pair status task scheduled for the repeated
time periods might be executed several times more than normal.
When you saved a workflow that created a copy group with multiple primary volume servers
specified, you could not resume the editing of tasks.
Important considerations
Replacing secondary volumes of Continuous Access Synchronous or Continuous Access
Journal in a 3DC multi-target configuration (open systems)
To replace all the secondary volumes included in a Continuous Access Synchronous or P9000/XP
Continuous Access Journal copy pair, launch the Pair Configuration Wizard more than once to replace
the secondary volumes according to the following procedure.
1. Generate and execute the replacement tasks to partly replace the secondary volumes of the
Continuous Access Synchronous or P9000/XP Continuous Access Journal copy pair.
