bcmif.properties
The bcmif.properties file is used to specify the values of properties related to the interface
between Replication Manager and HP XP7 Business Continuity Manager or between Replication
Manager and XP7 mainframe agent. The following table describes the available properties and
settings.

DescriptionProperty
The amount of time Replication Manager waits to read data from
HP XP7 Business Continuity Manager or XP7 mainframe agent. If
0 is specified, Replication Manager waits until all data is read
without timing out.
Specifiable values: 0 to 86400 (seconds)
Default value: 3600
bcmif.socketTimeout
The amount of time Replication Manager waits to connect to HP
XP7 Business Continuity Manager or XP7 mainframe agent. If 0 is
specified, Replication Manager waits until a connection is
established without timing out.
Specifiable values: 0 to 3600 (seconds)
Default value: 5
bcmif.socketConnectTimeout
The retry interval when Replication Manager cannot establish a
connection with HP XP7 Business Continuity Manager or XP7
mainframe agent. If 0 is specified, Replication Manager continually
attempts to establish a connection.
Specifiable values: 0 to 1800 (seconds)
Default value: 60
bcmif.ReconnectionInterval
The number of retries attempted when Replication Manager cannot
establish a connection with HP XP7 Business Continuity Manager
or XP7 mainframe agent. If 0 is specified, the number of retries is
unlimited.
Specifiable values: 0 to 100 (times)
Default value: 5
bcmif.ReconnectionCount
agentif.properties
The agentif.properties file is used to specify the values of properties necessary for the interface
between Replication Manager and a Device Manager Agent. Normally, you do not need to change
