6 Troubleshooting
This chapter describes how to handle the errors that might occur during operation of Replication
Manager.
Overview
This chapter describes what to do if a problem occurs:
• If issues arise with Application Agent (including installation and removal), see “Troubleshooting
Application Agent operations” on page 117.
• When installing Replication Manager in an environment where Device Manager and RAID Manager
manage copy pairs, if you cannot acquire the current copy pair information after refreshing the
configuration information, see “Troubleshooting when copy pairs are not recognized” on page 129
to solve the problem.
• If the problem is not related to installation or uninstallation, take action according to “General
problem resolution” on page 113.
