Indicates whether the data that is stored in the LDEV is encrypted.
One of the following values is output for HP XP7, P9500, XP24000/XP20000,
or XP12000/XP10000/SVS200:
0: The data is not encrypted.
1: The data is encrypted.
-1 is output for other storage systems.

This attribute is valid only when a Smart volume is used in HP XP7 or P9500.
enable: Subject to hardware tier relocation
disable: Not subject to hardware tier relocation

volume in HP XP7 or P9500 (with a microcode version of 70-04-00-XX/XX or
later).
