2-1-2 Java environment requirements
If the OS of the machine on which Host Data Collector is installed is Windows or Linux, the JRE
included with this product is configured to be used immediately after installation. If you want to use
either the Oracle JDK or Oracle JRE, then change the Java runtime environment that will be used
with Host Data Collector after installation.
