Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6: Set the kernel parameters in the /etc/sysctl.conf and the restric-
tions in the /etc/security/limits.conf
and /etc/security/limits.d/90-nproc.conf files.
NOTE:
Ensure that the maximum value set for a kernel parameter does not exceed the maximum value
specified by the operating system.

Before installing Command View AE Suite on a Red Hat Enterprise Linux system, set the kernel
parameters for the /etc/sysctl.conf file.
