After performing an upgrade installation of P9000 Command View AE Suite from version 6.3 or
earlier, or importing a database that was exported in 6.3 or earlier, if you want to switch operation
to advanced security mode, you need to set user passwords again by using the GUI to save them with
the new hash method.

Web browsers that do not support advanced security mode
If you use a server certificate signed with SHA256withRSA as the Common Component and Device
Manager server certificates, SHA256withRSA must be supported by the Web browser used on the
management client.
The following table lists the Web browsers that are supported by Device Manager and the Tiered
Storage Manager GUI but cannot be used when advanced security mode is used.

If you apply the hotfix 938397, which is available from Microsoft, to this OS, the OS can be
used even if P9000 Command View AE Suite products are used in the advanced security mode.
Truststores
Truststores are stored in the following locations.
jssecacerts
The truststore for Common Component or the Replication Manager server. If you use SSL/TLS for
the following communication routes, import the server certificate into jssecacerts:
Between the Device Manager server and the Replication Manager server
Import the server certificate (the server certificate of the certificate authority or the self-signed
certificate) of the Device Manager server.
