Fixes
The following issues have been resolved:
• On the Resources tab under the Volumes tab, if the Operating System criterion for the logical
group was set to is other, the volumes associated with a logical group of hosts did not display a
KAIC16993-E error.
• If a logical group included hosts that were allocated volumes with many LUN paths associated
with the logical group, and both of the following conditions were met, it took a long time to display
the volume list for the logical group.
1. The target logical group was created using search criteria.
2. The target logical group met any of the following criteria:
◦ Operating system is not AIX was selected
◦ Operating system is not HP-UX was selected
◦ Operating system is not Linux was selected
◦ Operating system is not Solaris was selected
◦ Operating system is not VMWare was selected
◦ Operating system is not Windows was selected
◦ Operating system is not Other was selected
If the volume list was not displayed in five minutes, the KAIC16902-E timeout error message was
generated.
• If a logical group included hosts and a filter attribute was selected in the list of logical group
volumes on the Resources tab, it might take a long time to display the drop-down list values.
• Device Manager could not communicate with XP24000/XP12000 and XP P9500 storage systems
to add, refresh, and change the configurations of XP24000/XP12000 and XP P9500 storage
systems.
The following symptoms occur:
Tiered Storage Manager
Data migration does not succeed for volumes that exist in XP24000/XP12000 and XP P9500
storage systems.
Replication Manager
◦ The configuration change for an information source does not refresh correctly.
◦ The status of a copy pair configured with volumes on XP24000/XP12000 and XP P9500
storage systems varied from the original copy pair on the storage systems; therefore, the
copy pair could not be managed.
• In CIM/WBEM functionality, performance information might not be retrievable when the following
operations were performed in the order shown:
