Device Manager Server Access

4-2 Server Properties
You can configure the environment settings related to server operations in the server.properties file.
4-2-1 server.rmi.port
This allows you to specify an RMI port number so the Tiered Storage Manager server can accept processing
requests. You can specify values from 1024 to 65535.
Default: 20352
4-2-2 server.base.initialsynchro
This allows you to specify whether to synchronize the configuration information between Tiered Storage
Manager and the Command View XP AE Suite Common Component on startup. If you restore the Tiered
Storage Manager repository individually, this can cause the repositories to become inconsistent, so if this is the
case you should set this property to true.
Specify true to synchronize information on startup. Specify false to not synchronize information on startup.
