11. Stop all Command View XP AE Suite software services or daemons.

Change the value for the pd_hostname parameter to the loopback address 127.0.0.1. If the
pd_hostname parameter does not exist, add the pd_hostname parameter, specifying the host name or
loopback address after the change.

14. Edit the HiRDB.ini file.

then update the Replication Monitor configuration.
2-3-3 Uninstallation
This subsection explains how to uninstall the XP Replication Monitor server in Windows.
NOTE: When you uninstall the XP Replication Monitor server, its property files are deleted. Do not uninstall
the XP Replication Monitor server unless you need to completely reinstall the program due to problems in the
machine.
Before executing the uninstallation, make sure that no other applications are running:
To uninstall the XP Replication Monitor server:
1. Log on to Windows using a user ID that belongs to the Administrators group.
If you log on to Windows using a user ID that does not belong to the Administrators group, a window
informs you that the uninstallation must be performed by a user that belongs to the Administrators group,
and the uninstallation process stops.
2. When another Command View XP AE Suite product is in operation, stop the service tasks of that product
and of Common Component (HBase Storage Mgmt Web Service and HBase Storage Mgmt Common
Service).
