KARF60402-E An attempt to delete the product version
information set in the registry has failed.
Cause:
A problem might exist in the OS.
Action:
Acquire Device Manager's maintenance
information, and the trace information at the
time of setup, and then contact the Support
Center.
KARF60403-E An attempt to register uninstallation in the
registry has failed.
Cause:
A problem might exist in the OS.
Action:
Acquire Device Manager's maintenance
information, and the trace information at the
time of setup, and then contact the Support
Center.
KARF60501-E An attempt to check the status of the Device
Manager server service has failed.
Cause:
The Device Manager server service might
be disabled, or a critical error might have
occurred in the Device Manager server.
Action:
If there is no the Device Manager server
service, or the service is disabled, see the
Device Manager manual.
KARF60502-E An attempt to start the Device Manager server
service has failed.
Cause:
The Device Manager server service might
not be enabled, or a critical error might have
occurred in the Device Manager server.
Action:
If there is no Device Manager server service,
or the service is disabled, see the Device
Manager manual.
KARF60503-E An attempt to stop the Device Manager server
service has failed.
Cause:
The Device Manager server service might
not be enabled, or a critical error might have
occurred in the Device Manager server.
Action:
If there is no Device Manager server service,
or the service is disabled, see the Device
Manager manual.
KARF60591-E Startup preparation for the Device Manager
server service has failed.
Cause:
A disk error might have occurred in a file in
Device Manager installation folder.
Action:
Make sure that the installation target disk is
normal.
KARF60601-E An attempt to check the Common Component
service has failed.
Cause:
Single Sign On Service might not be
enabled, or a critical error might have
occurred in the Common Component.
Action:
Acquire the log information of Device
Manager and Common Component, and
then contact the Support Center.
