log4j.appender.A1.MaxBackupIndex

Specify the maximum number of backup files for the Host Data Collector log.

If a log file reaches the maximum size specified by the log4j.appender.A1.MaxFileSize

property, the file is renamed by adding a counter (which represents the version) to the file name. If

additional backup log files are created, the counter increases until the specified number of backup

log files is generated. After the specified number of backup log files is created, each time a new

backup file is created, the oldest backup file is deleted.
