In the Allocate Volumes dialog box, the Allocate Like Volumes dialog box, or the Add Storage
dialog box, some pools might not appear on the Select THP Pool dialog box.
Target storage systems might not appear in the Storage Capacity list in Plug-in for Virtualization
Server Provisioning.
In Device Manager agent for Windows, if the installation path contained a space, Device Manager
agent would not run properly.
In the CIM/WBEM function, the creation of HITACHI_ThinProvisioningPool might generate
the KAIC07800-E error code when the following conditions were met:
HITACHI_ThinProvisioningPool was created by CreateOrModifyStoragePool.
While a HITACHI_ThinProvisioningPool was being created, an error occurred with
the automatic refresh of a storage system.
In the CIM/WBEM function, the end of ExposePaths might not be detected because the status
of HITACHI_ConcreteJob was not updated when the following conditions were met:
HITACHI_SCSIProtocolController was specified, and ExposePaths was executed.
While ExposePaths was being executed, an error occurred with the automatic refresh of
the storage system.
When a pool tier is deleted on Pool Tier view, KAIC16993-E and KAIC15000-E might be
output.
In Replication Manager, Modify Journal Group generated error RPM-01004 when a volume
was not selected in the Journal Volume Setting tab and settings were set only in the Journal Option
Setting tab on the Edit Journal Group Setting dialog box after selecting XP P9500 in Storage
Systems.
In a CVAE products server where Device Manager was resident, during installation or uninstallation
of CVAE products, or during a stop operation, the database service may not succeed.
If the Select THP Pool dialog box was opened from the Add Storage dialog box in Plug-in for
Virtualization Server Provisioning, Smart pools not in the storage systems selected from the Add
Storage dialog box appeared in the Select THP Pool dialog box.
Pools without the Modify role might appear in the Select THP Pool dialog box launched from the
Allocate Volumes dialog box, Allocate Like Volumes dialog box, or Add Storage dialog box.
If Target Type was specified for the filtering of data collection tasks, instead of tasks being filtered
as they should be, they might be filtered as follows:
If = was selected for Target Type, no tasks would meet the conditions.
If <> was selected for Target Type, no tasks were filtered.
The Show Plan button was deactivated and could not be clicked if a storage system was selected
in the Add Storage dialog box of Plug-in for Virtualization Server Provisioning.
When the storage systems list was filtered by using either of the following items, the
KAIC16993-E error appeared:
Mainframe-Unspecified capacity
Open-Reserved capacity
When an XP P9500 with IPv6 was registered with Device Manager, the Element Manager for
the XP P9500 was not launched, and its view did not appear.
The KAIC16009-E error occurred when you moved between accordion menus in the navigation
area.
