Array information is collected by the CIMOM server and stored on a periodic basis. If the
array configuration changes, the array information may not be updated immediately. The
updated array information is not updated until the CIMOM server updates its persistence data.
The persistence update cycle time is determined by two parameters:
■ cycle wait time (in seconds)
■ cleanup frequency – The cleanup of persistence data occurs only during a clean-up
cycle which happens after a given number of cycles specified by the cleanup
frequency setting. In order to increase the clean-up cycle frequency, select a lower
number (such as 3 to 5) in the cleanupfrequency parameter. The default value is 10.
The cleanupfrequency parameter is located in the VAProvider.hpcfg file.
