After doing a FRU replacement of an Interface Controller with no drives attached might
not come back to a green state
Symptom: The Interface Controller has the maps pushed to it but the Interface Manager has missed
that this has happed.
Workaround: Telnet to the Interface Manager and run the “show host access refresh”. This command
causes the Interface Manger to get mapping and host access information up to date. If for some reason
this does not work rebooting the Interface Manager or Interface Controller should also work.
