Teaming issue on Windows Small Business Server 2008

Teamed adapters cannot be dissolved in the NCU unless your user account is assigned to the
"Administrators" group and the "Network Configuration Operators" group.
Both the network administrator account (created during an SBS installation) and the built-in
administrator account are assigned to the "Administrators" group by default. However, the built-in
administrator account is disabled by default and must be enabled to be used in the NCU.
Complete the following steps to assign the user account to the Network Configuration Operators
account.
1) Assign the "Network Configuration Operators" group to your user account.
2) If you are using the Built-in Administrator Account, enable it.
3) If you are using the Network Administrator Account, disable the User Account Control.
4) Reboot the server.
TOE and RSS are incompatible on HP NC-Series NetXen Adapters

TOE and RSS cannot be enabled simultaneously. If RSS is already enabled and then you enable TOE, RSS
is no longer functional. This applies to NC375i, NC522SFP, and NC524SFP adapters.
