Operating system support

The Network Configuration Utility (NCU) supports Windows Server 2008 and Windows Server 2008 R2
only. The NCU does not support Windows 2012. With that OS, teaming functionality is implemented in
the operating system.
Make Windows 2008 configuration modifications in NCU only

HP highly recommends that you ONLY use the NCU to update adapter configurations and teaming
configurations for Windows 2008. Windows 2008 operating system configuration updates could lead to
problems.
