• Support for Remote Copy asynchronous periodic replication mode.

Fixes

Resolved the following:

• In Remote Copy synchronous replication mode, when the replication roles of the Remote Copy

Volume Group are primary-rev and primary, then the RC link is up and if CLX tries to come

online on the cluster node where the replication role is primary (remote replication role is

primary-rev), then, along with Resyncwaittimeout parameter, even the

HP3PARCLICommandTimeout parameter value has to be set according to the time taken to

sync the data from primary-rev to primary. This is because CLX issues HP 3PAR CLI command

setrcopygroup recover with wait option, which works if HP3PARCLICommandTimeout parameter

value is set properly. The issue where, HP3PARCLICommandTimeout parameter value need

not have to be set according to the time taken to sync the data from primary-rev to primary

since CLX issues HP 3PAR CLI command setrcopygroup recover without wait option is fixed.

Only Resyncwaittimeout parameter value has to be set according to the time taken to sync the

data from primary-rev to primary.

• In Remote Copy synchronous replication mode, when the replication roles of the Remote Copy

Volume Group are primary-rev and primary, RC link is up, autorecover property is set to yes

and if CLX tries to come online on the cluster node where the replication role is primary-rev

(remote replication role is primary), then, CLX comes online on the primary-rev side cluster

node after waiting for data syncing to complete or HP3PARCLICommandTimeout parameter

value to be elapsed whichever is first. This issue is fixed.
