A jam exists in the media path. 1. Press the HELP ( ) button for
detailed information about
clearing the jam.
2. Press the U
P ARROW ()
button and the
D
OWN ARROW ( ) button to
step through the instructions.
3. If the media is folding into an
accordion shape, make sure
the shutter on the print
cartridge opens as you insert
the cartridge. Replace any
defective print cartridge.
4. For information about how to
resolve a jam, see the
specific numerical error
codes in this table (the
following 13.XX.YYerror
codes are not in numerical
sequence).
