9. Install the four cage nuts that came with the kit on the
rack rails at the locations you marked in steps 4 and 6.
10. Slide the enclosure back to the correct position.
11. Place a lock washer over each of the six screws that
came with the kit.
12. Hold one bracket so that the word "Left" faces up. Align
the bracket with the cage nuts on the left rack rail, and
loosely install two large screws (with lock washers)
through the bracket into the rack rail.
13. Place a small screw (with lock washer) into the hole on
the bracket that aligns with the rear cage, and tighten it.
14. Tighten the two large screws.
15. Hold the other bracket so that the word "Right" faces up.
Align the bracket with the cage nuts on the right rack
rail, and loosely install two of the larger screws (with
lock washers) through the bracket into the rack rail.
16. Place a small screw (with lock washer) into the hole on
the bracket that aligns with the rear cage, and tighten it.
17. Tighten the two large screws.
The installation is complete.
Removing shipping brackets
After the rack and enclosure have arrived at their destination,
remove the shipping brackets for proper enclosure installation.
To remove the shipping brackets:
1. Loosen and remove the three screws and lock washers
on each shipping bracket.
2. Remove the two shipping brackets.
3. Close the hinges, and tighten the top two thumbscrews
on the rear cage.
