VLAN Commands
interface vlan
The interface vlan Global Configuration mode command enters the Interface Configuration
(VLAN) mode.
Syntax
interface vlan vlan-id
Parameters
n vlan-id — Specifies an existing VLAN ID.
Default Setting
Two interfaces are configured and set to DHCP:
n one on VLAN 1
n one on VLAN 2

Global Configuration mode
Command Usage
There are no user guidelines for this command.
Example
The following
command configures VLAN 1 with IP address 131.108.1.27 and subnet mask
255.255.255.0.
Console(config)# interface vlan 1
Console(config-if)# ip address 131.108.1.27 255.255.255.0
