Spanning-Tree Commands
name (mst)
The name MST Configuration mode command defines the configuration name. To return to the
default setting, use the no form of this command.
Syntax
name string
Parameters
n string — MST configuration name. Case-sensitive (Range: 1-32 characters).
Default Setting
The default name is a bridge ID.

The following command defines the configuration name as region1.
