Storage server and SAN integration
Storage servers combine NAS and SAN in a common, networked storage pool that allows you to
choose file-level (NAS) or block-level (SAN) access. Storage server integration in a heterogeneous
SAN environment provides:

Configuration and zoning rules
Storage servers follow the same configuration and zoning rules as the Windows 2003 operating
