Probable Cause Indicates that the number of end-to-end (EE) word frames that the switch transmits has changed
from a value outside of the acceptable range to a value within the acceptable range. Transmit
performance messages appear due to the number of word frames that travel from the configured
S_ID to the D_ID pair.
