CORE_SWITCH_ID * Core switch DB ID. int
SLOT_NUMBER The number of the physical slot in the chassis where
the blade is plugged in. For fixed blades, SlotNumber is
zero.

EQUIPMENT_TYPE The type of the blade. It is either SW BLADE or CP
BLADE.
