The common fields in the licensing forms that you are required to fill out are briefly
described beneath:
Personal Data This field contains customer
information, including to whom the
new password should be delivered.
Licensing Data Provide licensing information about
your Application Recovery Manager
cell.
Current Cell Manager Enter the required information about
your current Cell Manager.
New Cell Manager Enter the required information about
your New Cell Manager.
Order Number Enter the Order Number printed on
the Entitlement Certificate. The
Order Number is required to verify
that you are entitled to request a
permanent password.
IP Address This field defines for which system
the Password Delivery Center will
generate the passwords.
If the Cell Manager has the several
LAN cards, you can enter any of
the IP addresses. We recommend
that you enter the primary one.
If you have Application Recovery
Manager in a Microsoft Cluster
environment, enter the IP address
of your virtual server. See the online
Help for more information on
clusters.
