5. Specify instant recovery options (see “Instant recovery options” on page 52 or
press F1 for information).
6. Select Start Restore Session to start instant recovery, or Start Preview Session to
start the preview. Click OK.
Instant recovery using the CLI
1. List all available ZDB sessions (identified by the session ID):
omnidbsmis -list -session -ir
From the output, select the backup session you want to restore.
2. Execute:
omnir -host application_system_name -session SessionID
[INSTANT RECOVERY OPTIONS]
Where:
application_system_name Application system hostname.
SessionID Backup session ID
(Step 1 on page 52 of this
procedure).
