• Have enough disk space for the complete Application Recovery Manager software
depot. Refer to the HP Application Recovery Manager software product
announcements, software notes, and references for details.
• Have a CD-ROM drive.
• The Cell Manager in the Application Recovery Manager cell must be of the
A.06.10 version.
IMPORTANT:
To install Application Recovery Manager to linked directories, for instance:
/opt/omni/ -> /prefix/opt/omni/
/etc/opt/omni/ -> /prefix/etc/opt/omni/
/var/opt/omni/ -> /prefix/var/opt/omni/
Create the links before the installation and ensure that the destination directories exist.
NOTE:
To install software from a device across the network, first mount the source directory on
your computer.
