addition, the HP Network Phone-In Support (NPS) service provides
expert technical assistance for U.S.A. customers through an NPS
contract or at an hourly rate (1-800-790-5544) Monday through Friday, 5
am to 6 pm.

HP FIRST is an automated FaxRetrieval service that is available 24
hours a day, seven days a week. HP FIRST provides information on the
