IMPORTANT: If the igelan and c8xx drivers are not already in the kernel, they must be added
before installing the A7109A core I/O cards in the server. The HWE bundle required to enable
the card is HWE 0603.
Removing the Core I/O
1. Save all MP networking details, including: the IP address, hostname, subnet mask, gateway,
and other information. From the MP Command menu, enter the LS command to display
the current MP customer LAN interface status.
2. Use the MP:CM> PS, or the MP:CM> DE commands with option G, to determine core I/O
board status. Refer to Figure 6-44 and Figure 6-45.
