The report will be processed and the formatted report returned to you within one business day.

6. When you receive the formatted report, save it to a temporary location on the management server.

Reading the rep

ort

1. Locate the returned report ﬁle and double-click on it. The contents are extracted and copied to

a local folder. If you used the default location during installation, this will be in the \Program

Files\Hewlett-Packard\HP SANVisibility\ExtractedProcessReports folder.

2. Select the re

port folder and double-click on the index.html ﬁle to open the report in your browser.

3. In the left navigation pane, click High Level Fabric Summa ry.

The High Level Fabric Summar y window opens. See Figure 6.

A, compare the indicated driver and ﬁrmware versions to the versions supported by

Enterprise Virtual Arra y 6.1A or later connectivity release notes. See Table 3 on p age 12 for the link

to these doc uments. If the ﬁrmware is not at the indicated version or later, upgrade the ﬁrmware.
