Deleting Virtual LANs
Deleting a VLAN returns the member ports to the default VLAN 1002. To delete a
VLAN, use the Vlan Delete command as shown in the following example.
H3C (admin) #> vlan list
Active VLAN Information
VLAN 1002
Ports 5-7
VLAN 1003
Ports 4
H3C (admin) #>
H3C (admin) #> config edit
The config named default is being edited.
H3C (admin-config) #> vlan 1003 delete
The VLAN will be deleted. Please confirm (y/n): [n] y
The VLAN has been deleted.
This configuration must be saved (see 'config save' command) and
activated (see 'config activate' command) before it can take effect.
To discard this configuration use the 'config cancel' command.
H3C (admin-config) #> vlan list
Edited (unsaved) VLAN Information
VLAN 1002
Ports 4-7
H3C (admin-config) #> config save
The config named default has been saved.
H3C (admin) #> config activate
The currently active configuration will be activated.
