Using QoS Classifiers To Configure Quality of Service for Outbound Traffic
No Override
By default, the IP ToS, Protocol, VLAN-ID, and (source) port show outputs
automatically list No-override for priority options that have not been config-
ured. This means that if you do not configure a priority for a specific option,
QoS does not prioritize packets to which that option applies, resulting in the
No override state.
device-priority
Displays the current device (IP address) priority con-
figuration. Refer to figure 5-7 on page 5-24.
dscp-map
Displays mappings between DSCP policy and 802.1p
priority.
port-priority
Displays the current source-port priority configura-
tion. Refer to figure 5-20 on page 5-47.
protocol-priority
Displays the current protocol priority configuration.
queue-config
Displays the outbound port queue configuration infor-
mation.
resources
Displays the resources used by the Policy Enforcement
Engine. See “Monitoring Resources” in the Manage-
ment and Configuration Guide for your switch.
type-of-service
Displays the current type-of-service priority configu-
ration. The display output differs according to the ToS
option used:
IP Precedence: Refer to figure 5-9 on page 5-28.
Diffserve: Refer to figure 5-12 on page 5-32.
vlan-priority
Displays the current VLAN priority configuration.
