• 1.6 GB for EZPilot installation and SAN Setup (including HP Command View EVA installation)

• 2 GB for HP Command View EVA log ﬁles

• 10 MB for the m anaged array

• Non-management server disk space: 1 G B

Prerequisites for installing EZPilot

• Record the switch IP address, gateway, and subnet mask. You will use this information during

installatio

• Ensure that the storage system is uninitialized (the state in which it was shipped).

If it has been inadvertently initialized, you must uninitialize it before installing EZPilot.

• Ensure that the switch is uncon ﬁgured (the state in which it was shipped).

Do not change the default switch password.

• Remove any E

mulex, Brocade, or HP StorageWorks software currently installed on the server.
