DescriptionItem
This limitation is set to prevent Excel from hanging. The Excel client is designed to have
a maximum of 30 sheets open at a
time.
Workaround:
None.
This situation has been noted to happen when the Excel Autosave begins, when the
data being extracted is quite large, or if the resources on the machine running the
Excel client are low.
The Excel client can hang in the
middle of some navigation.

System Reporter displays an error generated by the Microsoft SQL database when
choosing certain “order by” values.
Some “order by” values are not
evaluated correctly when using the

Workaround:
Remove the offending “order by” value from the selection list.
System Reporter now collects information about the database it is connecting to for
debugging purposes and requires permissions for gathering this information from
Oracle databases.
Permissions to v$instance and
v$version views are required when
using System Reporter with the
Oracle database.
Workaround:
Before upgrading from System Reporter 2.8, select permissions must be granted by
the DBA on Oracle to the v$_instance and the v$_version views for the System Reporter
user.

System Reporter.
Whenever sampleloop is started, System Reporter uses non-SSL mode for CLI connection
to perform a system check when the Use SSL option is selected and vice versa.
NOTE: This system check is performed only once whenever sampleloop is started
or restarted.
System Reporter uses non-SSL mode
for CLI connection when the Use SSL
option (in the Add InServ screen) is
selected and vice versa.
If the required ports are not opened, or the SSL certificate is not available, then the
