The extracted files are stored in ASCII files with line feed, tab and spaces so the size
of the extraction file can be much larger than the data stored in the database.
The files resulting from the
processing of the extraction utility
can be large.
Workaround:

This limitation has been set to prevent Excel from hanging.The Excel client is designed to have
a maximum of 30 sheets open at a
time.
Workaround:

This situation has been noted to happen when the Excel Autosave begins, when the
data being extracted is quite large, or if the resources on the machine running the
Excel client are low.
The Excel client can hang in the
middle of some navigation.
Workaround:
No work around has been found other than waiting for the Autosave to complete.
System Reporter displays an error generated by the Microsoft SQL database when
choosing certain order by” values.
Some order by values are not
evaluated correctly when using the
Microsoft SQL database.
Workaround:
Remove the offending order by” value from the selection list.
System Reporter now collects information about the database it is connecting to for
debugging purposes and requires permissions for gathering this information from
Oracle databases.
Permissions to v$instance and
v$version views are required when
using System Reporter with the
Oracle database.
Workaround:
Before upgrading from System Reporter 2.8, select permissions must be granted by
the DBA on Oracle to the v$_instance and the v$_version views for the System Reporter
user.
System Reporter generates an error if Adaptive Optimization is run with no existent
CPGs.
The following error is generated if
