15 Using the HP PolyServe Matrix Server
The HP 3PAR StoreServ Storage supports use with the HP PolyServe Matrix Server (a.k.a. HP
Scalable NAS File Serving Software). Refer to the HP PolyServe Matrix Server Installation Guide
and Administration Guide for installation and configuration instructions.
There are no special setup considerations for the HP 3PAR StoreServ Storage array. When
configuring Linux Device-mapper MPIO, refer to Appendix C of the HP Scalable NAS File Serving
Software installation guide. For the HP 3PAR StoreServ Storage, in the multipath.conf file, set
vendor to be 3PARdata and product to be VV.
