What's New with the HP 3PAR Web Services API Software
Support for Web Services API with HP 3PAR Operating System 3.1.3
HP 3PAR OS 3.1.3 WS API adds the following operations:
Introduction of http chunking to support large number of Virtual Volumes and VLUNs
Support for far greater number of concurrent API sessions
Support for Virtual Volume Sets and Host Sets (creation, deletion, modification, object addition,
and removal)
Support for Virtual Copies of Virtual Volume Sets
Support for Physical Copy of single Virtual Volumes and Virtual Volume Sets
Support for extending size of existing Virtual Volumes (This is equivalent to the growvv CLI
command)
Support for Priority Optimization (QoS) rules on Virtual Volumes Sets
Support for listing switch port WWNs as well as hosts WWN and iSCSI names for a given
storage array host port. (This functionality is equivalent to the showportdev command)
