The InForm OS uses a Linux gigabit adaptor base driver distributed by Intel under the GNU GPL. The driver has been modified slightly by 3PAR,

Inc. and, as modified, is licensed under the GNU GPL.

The InForm OS contains hardware and firmware protocol definitions for the LSI Logic Fusion MPT architecture. These definitions are licensed under
