■ To create a RAID-1 volume the mirror depth (-md flag) must be specified. For RAID-5 or
RAID-6 volume the parityset (
-ps flag) must be specified. The owner and backup_owner
option should be a number between 0 and 7 and should be the node ID of a valid node in
the system. The mirror depth can take any value between 2 and 4, inclusive.
